Rapid Preservation the property preservation company based out of Arizona was called out today for lack of proper credentials. While perusing Craigslist today, I ran into an advertisement from Rapid Preservation.

Why you should be cautious about Rapid Preservation?

Rapid Preservation is not a licensed contractor meaning that all blame lies with the subcontractor when it comes time for insurance companies to sue. Rapid Preservation also list many things in their ad that would require a license to do. Always be cautious and check your companies before you do work with them. If you fail to do so you may see yourself
